Learning curve

Good day, I gave details of my previous job, cause I am not working at the moment. I resigned from my previous job, because I felt that the job was not challenging for me anymore. I am looking for anything more challenging and have a potential for growth. I fit in very well with everyone and I love working in a Team.

Good Learning Curve

Working in the Corporate Industry has been the perfect training arena for me. Not only has it trained and prepared me for all types of experiences dealing with customer service, but also taught me how to think on my feet and become an expert problem solver. When it comes to being trained on new computer programs I have to say that I am a quick learner. I love to be challenged and to learn new things. Working and interacting with people, team work, problem solving, and learning new things is what keeps me stimulated and engaged. I believe these qualities, in addition to my positive outlook and capabilities in working well with others, will help your company attain its goals. Personal growth

- Processing and Capturing Payrolls: - Analyzing input as per Earnings and Deductions and processing against the relevant codes -Capturing Leave Transactions (sick, bcea leave, family responsibility, study, religious leave) -Processing New Inputs -Processing Terminations -running batches for overtime, commission, incentives, increases etc. -Processing all Detail Change for employees, (Banking details, cost centers, change of address, tax numbers) -Checking and Balancing Provident fund and medical aid to statements -Updating Blueprint with Calenders, Reports and PA notes -Running Tax Year end and Mid Year Reports for AM -Balancing Payroll against input captured -printing pay slips to be delivered -Filing all Input -running various reports for account managers(bim, smart) -checking reports against payroll -responsible for backups and roll overs -Printing Audit Trails -Printing Memo list, bank detail changes,

Pros: Looking for something stable.

I take what I do very seriously, hard working, dedicated & willing to learn.

I can work under pressure. I have good relationships with my co-workers. I am a very friendly outspoken person. Get along with any one. I have learned a lot in the 7 years at SAGE VIP. Will no even know where to begin. I enjoy working under pressure that way I get things done, in time, accurately and neat.

Temp employment

I am currently working for Sage VIP as a temp, this involves being assigned to various companies on a fixed term contract. Therefore I have worked in different industries with different payroll rules.

Cons: Not permanent therefore can be without work for periods

Excellent learning curve

very hard working , can work under pressure, can multi task have alot of admin experience worked at SARS for 18 years. able to work in a group, willing to learn, can communicate and make friends easily very friendly person and like to work and do my work correct and to the best if my ability.
