Excellent learning opportunities
Sage offers great working hour flexibility and even remove working. The Sage workforce is a group of hardworking individuals with (mostly) commitment to deliver. I have had the opportunity to learn C#. I enjoy my current job a lot - I'm doing the job I love. Sage is close to my home as well - which helps with travelling! My biggest challenge the inability to focus on growth - only finding time to deliver the most needed deliverable.

Lots of pressure to achieve targets very loyal ambitious dynamic individual with a passion for people and a good team player and good managerial soils easy to get along with spontaneous and adapt easily to any situation most challenging would have been to break into the international market

I am responsible for: researching, processing and responding in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner to moderate to complex inquiries and transactions related to payroll policies, processes and programs. Responsible for building and maintain constructive relationships with line managers, staff, internal and external HR partners. Assist staff on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies/procedures/ processes. Coordinate the appointment process and its administration . Monitor relationships between staff and management.

I am reliable and punctual and always strive to achieve excellent results
My typical work day is to manage my clients payroll and to know all the relative legislation regarding BCEA. Me and my co-workers work well together and we are all team players I have learned all the legislation regarding the BCEA act and all leave functions. I enjoy working with my peers and doing my clients payroll's The most challenging aspects of the job is to have a work-life balance, due to the work overload and restructuring of our company and so many co-workers that resigned.
