Great Corporate Culture with High Performance

Dynamic Tech driven company within the payments industry. The company is built around cloud Technology with a typical day revolving around processing or collecting payments on behalf of our clients. I'm responsible for ensuring service delivery to our clients by mentoring and a 20 strong team of staff. I am fully proficient in our suite of 4 products that involve integration with 3 Sage Accounting systems and 4 Payroll systems within Sage. This also includes a host of 3rd party ISV's ( Integrated Service Vendors ) that have access to our API Roadmap. I have a fantastic relationship with direct reports as well as co workers , I believe that although certain people report to you , one should always create a culture of working together to achieve goals. I mostly enjoy working with people, problem solving and providing excellent client service. The most challenging aspect is dealing with different personalities in the workplace especially when trying to uphold a high level of service

Pros: Awesome working environment
Cons: Relocating to the Garden Route and there is no office out there.
