Excellent learning curve

Act as an ambassador for Sage in the Accountants channel, promoting Sage presence and support. Organise and attend national and regional events to promote Sage Accountable for the growth of the Accounting Business Partner/Resellers. Ensures both growth of new Accounting business partners (recruitment) and growth of revenue from existing business partners (business development). Balanced focus across all territories and segments of Accounting clients.

Great Opportunity & Huge Learning Curve

Working at Sage is not just a great opportunity but more of a learning curve. At this company, you learn every day and there is always a challenge, which keeps it interesting. I learned how to handle complex clients, work well under stress. Technology changes day by day and working in the software company it is very crucial that we keep up with that. Every changes Microsoft makes it affects the software hence there are challenges. The thing I enjoy the most is resolving the issues as well as the social life.

Pros: One is always on their toes and you cannot be too comfortable which is a pro.
Cons: Little growth and doing the same thing everyday.

Great work experience

- My day comprises of assisting clients with queries which requires a lot patience from my side as well as great listening skills - I enjoy it as it challenges me to think on my feet because every client's query is different and so is the level of difficulty. - I am a very social person and I am always assisting my colleagues wherever I can. - I am also talkative and loud and believe that i bring about a different atmosphere to the support centre.
