Ability to work well under pressure

To Whom It May Concern I am a young lady who commands over 6 years of work experience in the information technology industry (Sage Pastel Accounting). I served in the SA defense force for 2 Years and 1 year in the Retail Industry (Foschini Group). Through the years I have developed a strong and sound understanding of managing relationships and servicing. My focus is in understanding organizations mission-critical priorities, understand my role and as-sist the with a path to success using the experience I have. Ensuring that they reach great customer experience. I am passionate about people and believe success can be achieved through collaboration and teamwork. I hold over 6 years experience in the Information Technology industry, having worked as a customer care consultant, I have also done short courses within the Sage group mainly focusing on technical support. My most recent employment focused of Sales (UDM International).

Very busy demanding environment Have to deal with different characters within the organization Work under pressure Handling complaints In a work space never take matters or issues personally, it's work pressures After a busy month it is always appreciated to receive an unexpected token of thank you, free lunch, gifts etc :) Problem solving and getting a solution is always a challenge but at the end of the day matter or issues must be resolved

Excellent learning curve

I am young and I need to move forward in order to grow and build a career. My ambition has taken me far but I know that I am meant to go much further than where I am. I am capable of exceeding expectations and I have a need to learn new things everyday. My energy and postivity motivates those around me.

Learning Material is really beneficial

I get along with a lot of people. I have learned to work in a highly pressurised environment. I appreciate the opportunities that were given to me to handle more demanding task. I enjoy the team that I work with and the manager.

Great experience gained

great Relationship with Co-workers we like a family gained so much corporate experience learnt to be a team player Interacting with different customers on a dalily

Excellent learning and Growing Experience

On a daily basis in a call centre Environment you get to work under pressure being able to work with different personalities I have learnt to be myself and work hard to become a better me I enjoy working with my Co-workers especially our department we are the best The most Challenging Aspects of the Job is to be able to be calm over the phone when you speaking to an irate customer understanding that the customers is Frustrated and just needs to vent on someone
