A challenging experience

The challenge faced was that from the start no forms l training is provided on company processes, the role of a retentions consultant is to understand the full scope of the business to best retain existing business. The advantage in self development is that ive learnt to stretch myself and have no boundries in terms of the quality of service I can provide to my clients compared to when I started. Internal staff also doesnt have full product knowledge which causes confusion amongst customers. Compensation for excellence is also not a priority for the company which leads to complacent employess. It has huge potential for growth the funeral cover space has grown imensly.

Cons: No formal training and poor incentive

Good learning

Working for my company is nice and challenging and ones gets to learn something on daily basis and one has learnt a lot from the company given that it's my first job and will really love for a difficult environment and to learn new things.safrican has been a very great company which I grow from the company and the people.

Excellent learning curve

I'm dedicated my function,, also will to give a helping hand. I'm fast learner able to copy in a very pressuring inviroment. Pressure give me a go ahead in what I'm doing.
