Great environment to work in

Currently there is so much uncertainty. The business lost two major contracts and if there business does not get any contracts by March. The company might be going through Section 189. I would have really love to stay and grow within the company. I have a good relationship with co-workers from top to bottom. I am learning a lot about the industry and tendering and marketing the business. I enjoy interacting with blue collar workers. The fact that policies are not in place and I am try to implement and non-compliance and no support from top management.

Good company

I like to drive.i am keeping the vihecle clean and keeping in a good condition. I like to communicat with my co-wrkers and work well together.

Learning curve

Saflog is a good company to work for. It would be great if they were not stuck in the old ways of doing tjings. Payroll and HR are forever evolving and changing with time. Being stuck in the past will not and does not benefit the company in any way. Policies and procedures are none existent. People get threatened by management that job loss is on the table when sujections are made to improve employees wellness. There is no space to grow

EXCELLENT

MY COMPANY DEAL BAGS FROM SOUTH AFRICA AIRWAYS TO PASSANGERS AS SAFLOG WE TAKING BAGS FROM SAA AND DELIVERED TO THE PASSENGERS. RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEGUES WE ARE HAPPY WE LISTEN TO EACH OTHER AND WE RESPECT EACH OTHER. I ENJOY TO WORK WITH THEM BEACAUSE THERES NO NEED TO TELL THEM WHAT TO DO THEY KNOW THEIR DUTIES I ENJOY TO NWORK WIH HARD WORKING TEAM.MOST CHALLENGES IF ALL 3 DRIVERS ARE GONE OUT FOR DELIVERIES AND SAA CALL ME FOR ANOTHER DELIVERY AND THEY SAY IT AGENTS I HAVE TO BE OUT ON THE OFFICE TO DELIVER THAT BAGS BECAUSE I CAN'T SAY "NO I CAN'T" IT SHOWS THAT I'M RUDE BECAUSE SAA NEED THEIR JOB TO BE DONE.
