No trust in employees

Typical work day workday would be m going out to sit an do an administrative and physical compliance audit on a particular construction project. I would basically do to 34 of these per day . My relationship with my colleagues is excellent cause we a very close knit group (only 3 consultants). I’ve learnt to be very flexible an more understanding to the different contractor an their issues with regards to safety compliance . I enjoy meeting different people everyday. The owner of the company and hi wife and hi wife’s best friend is the office staff basically. . Basically everyday the three of them goes digging for problems with our work just to show us who I the boss and who is in charge. They make you sign a warning for not putting a full stop at the end of a sentence .

Pros: Meeting new people on site
Cons: Negative vibe in the office

Excellent learning curve

Working hours is good Concern My SHEQ experience which spans over 20 years has allowed me the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge to deliver a quality service. This favourably includes effective professional communication both verbal and written as well as proactive planning to aid in the organisation meeting their objectives. I work hard to maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure that my credibility is not compromised in anyway. I believe in building good working relationships with my colleagues and clients in order to create a common goal that benefits all parties concerned. I work very well in a high-pressure environment and believe that everyone no matter who they are should be treated with dignity and respect.

Cons: Doing a lot of site audits for the month
