Great learning environement

The one thing I enjoy most about my job is troubleshooting client's ONT's to determine where the problem could be when they have lost services, configuring client's ONT's and setting up PPPoE accounts on the routers. I have a great relationship with my co-workers and I have trained most of them to do the job and I am proud of that. A typical work day involves taking calls and assisting client's with different queries. Currently, there is no challenge in my job, hence I need a change of scenario to a place where there will always be different, mind challenging problems to resolve every now and then. I am a person who likes to solve problems, not a person of routine every day. I want to get to work and not know what I'll be doing. I want to be challenged, that's where I get most happy and I deliver.

Needs better internal communication methods

The workplace was quite fine before management changed, this created a lot of difficulties because the structures were changed and we received little to no training that would accommodate the new structure. The hours have become ridiculously long and the most challenging aspect is micro management.

Not providing staff adequate products and solutions to compete with the market. Want to compete with the larhe ISPs but not willing to make an effort or spend money.

Excellent learning curve

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you in reference to the job posting you have made for the Support Technician position at your company. I believe I would be an excellent fit for this position since I am a Support/Field/Installation Technician with a wide variety of experience in the field. I tend to view myself as a generalist since I try not to focus on any given technology. My skills are very good. Challenging

Extremely challenging with no support from PMO Make sure of what you approve / not approve Attention to detail is critical No private live. Working 6 days per week up to 16 hours per day
