Typical day •Prepare artisan’s work packages and ensure sufficient resource loading. •Provide technical assistance to the artisan where required. •Implement assets management principles and ensures ISO 55000 compliance. •Ensures all work order is completed sufficiently before technical closing. •Manage JDE plant maintenance for the department. Relationship with co-workers, I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I always display respect and tolerance with my co-workers. What have I learn, I have learn a lot when it come to facilities management. What do I enjoy most, The planning, scheduling and coordination of activities.

Good development

Review work orders,update delay/ downtime on the dashboard,good team member and also a leader,manage projects, RCM implementation and development.perform RCA on daily basis.
