Its always long hours... Working at a fast paces is the best way to get things done. Always working with people have to smile even though you are stressed.

Experience

I have learnt a lot in my current position with regard to the creditors side of the business and administration in general. I have learnt account reconciliations and I enjoy that. The most challenging aspect of my job is preparation of month end payments which involve a number or stuff to be done

Pros: learning
Cons: opportunity for growth is slim
