Opportunity to learn different industries

Our company has a very great exposure to work with different industries andd an opportunity to is broader. There is a giod relationship between the co-workers. What i enjoy the most is having exposure and opportunities to liaise with senior top level managers with different fields.

I see myself as recruitment guru

I am currently involved in recruiting suitable candidates for mining and engineering industries. I am good in finding the perfect candidates as per company requirements and involved in negotiating with those candidate to apply for available positions in those companies. I am also involved in selling the companies to candidate

Pros: Great exposure to various industries
Cons: Retrenchments affect our rate of work

Amazing learning curve

I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned much on how to interact with clients in a professional manner and my literate and communication skills have developed very well. What I enjoy most is that I have an opportunity to enhance my skills without limit whereby I get to do a lot of different kinds of duties as a result my knowledge and skills are developed. It was challenging to find new clients.

Pros: Great company to teach basics of a working environment
Cons: No bonuses.
