Working at SABC
working at sabc is not dificult. my typical work day, i get to work and monitor, evaluate and manage all on air promotionla activities, check the studio log sign off, listen to all live execution of competitions, adverts to ensure client satisfaction. i even establish and maintain network and good relationship with clients and sabc airtime sales. the relationship between us as co-wokers , we like brothers and sisters due our working enviroment. i have learnt to be patient with clients and i enjoy talking and helping my clients. The most challenging aspects is when the client is complaining that the advert was not well executed

Excellent learning curve
it was a very nice and interesting journey to be part of the learnership enrollment in the y I want to give my best in my professional pursuit for overall benefit and growth of the company that I serve by facing challenges. To whom it may concern Have saved the SABC over R200 000 000,00 in electrical energy savings. Won the ESKOM ŋ award for excellence in energy savings for commercial building savings in 2010. Engineering background with NHD T4 and Government Certificate of Competency. Experience that is versatile in many disciplines, facilitating planning, and control to achieve cost effective results. Excelled in starting with previously neglected plant, machinery and buildings, turning them around to presentable maintenance standards within budget and time constraints. Responsible for analytical machinery inspections and incident investigations. Made strategic decisions for the modernization maintenance and replacement of machinery.
Pros: Wonderful in taking old and outdated equipment and replacing it with modern and efficient technology.
Cons: Frustrating and bureaucratic process are used to mask other agendas.

To be the best at what I am doing in the field of my expertise
Starting a new dat is to open and response to important mail of the day and also to follow-up on outstanding issues of the previous day. get to know and understand the challenges and successes of the previous days productions. Follow-up on quotations and set-up new quotations as requested by the client. Meet with other stakeholders on the department to determine the new days work load. To set-up a new production in studio is very challenging as there are a lot of detail that goes into the planning of the production to make it a success.
Pros: To do what is required of me by the guidance of the company policies and procedures
Cons: To be able to make consice detions on productions on behalve of the company

Personality improvement
I'm a team player therefore its easy to work with my co-workers.My job help me to improve my personality,self-confidence,self-esteem,how to speak and communicate with my listeners. Challenging aspects are : # Listeners thinking that you know everything in every department.

Great opportunity
Drafting, reviewing and or vetting of commercial contracts, interacting and advising the business unit on various legal, attending to business and staff meeting. I work well on my own together with our team/ colleagues. Since my employment at the SABC, I've learnt a lot about corporate and commercial governance and litigation in the media and broadcasting space. I enjoy working independently and meeting the targets. The most challenging thing at work is when many request comes at the same time and on an urgent basis, but that is a positive challenge because it assist you to prioritize and push yourself beyond your expectation especially when I deliver and the business manage to meet their deadline.
