Excellent client and industry exposure

A typical work day varies greatly according to the client and executive requirements at the time. Whether managing people and project delivery, preparing for a proposal or meeting with stakeholders, there was always an opportunity to gain knowledge and grow. I had a very good relationship with subordinates and peers alike, though the environment is competitive. The most challenging aspects of the job were the long hours required by the company executives. I most enjoyed the variety of work, liaison with senior stakeholders, wonderful learning curve and the opportunity to prepare proposals and present to stakeholders.

Very involved in all aspects of the business, from client meetings to getting the work done

Hi I am unable to see what I have typed. I have learned a lot about business and closing deals and learned to be agile and flexible so I can adapt to trends and changes in the market. I am well liked and enjoy working with my colleagues and very positive and high energy because nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm

Pros: I am very involved and have a lot influence over all the work
Cons: We really working on smaller clients with very limited budgets

Excellent growth opportunities

I loved working for a financial institution that really cares for its people, communities and its generous sustainability initiatives. My colleagues are always pushing boundaries for the greater good of the organization. My team is super supportive of me.
