Attention to detail, results driven, focused to reach goals on time within time, budget and costs

A work day entails, assisting Project Mangers to update project costing, loading orders, creating commercial invoices for item to be shipped, attend meetings consisting of: feedback on projects, WIP. financial pulse. My relationship with workers is friendly, open and continuous communication. Being in this position has made me learn that I have to be on the ball all the time, changes happen at any time and I have to react accordingly. I work with a diverse group of different people with different characters and each person is dealt with in a different way. I enjoy n=meeting challenging situations, meeting monthly targets, progressing to meet delivery dates on time. The most challenging is dealing with difficult people.

Experience in performing multi-tasks with excellent results and work very well under pressure

Saab was not a bad company to work for; however, the company culture was not good. There is no communication from top management to employees. The staff turnover is high due to retrenchments and Voluntary packages that the company offers after every 12 months.

Pros: Enjoyed my work
Cons: Culture of the company
