Excellent serving clients

Sa taxi is a small company and the insurance is a year old .However they have great skills and systems in terms of training their employees. I have learned their culture and the atmosphere Commercial insurance was a great experience and i learned a lot .working under pressure is great it encourages and motivate staff to go for extra mile .Had a great relationship with my team ,communication was the best key in our team and planning as well . Challenges management was not willing for changes on new ideas that the team implement to bring change within the lack with regards to the service.

Pros: Grow in the commercial insurance industry
Cons: long hours and even on weekends

Business insurance still developing the insurance its one year old and they still leaning the insurance industry, as well to our competitors how do we beat them we compare prices and we use benefits to our clients thats how we sell a product in terms of service we provided excellent service to clients to our best ability always put the client first and we resolve complains within 2 hours turn around time .

Great learning potential, great company culture.

I am allowed to work independently to meet my deadlines. The company has a great culture in that you are seen as a whole i.e. An employee, a mother etc and the benefits associated with that is you are allowed to work from home should there be family issues with child. nanny, parents etc. You can work flexible hours as long as you work the required time, this obviously depends on which department you work for. Wellness is encouraged and taken very seriously. We work hard and play hard, Fun forms part of the company goals. Great collaboration with colleagues, it's more like being part of a family. Always wiling to assist and to give to community initiatives. This was at one point what employees had to do to qualify for a Bonus. Great learning and growth potential, it's really a great company to work for.

Cons: The pay is not always market related more so with internal promotions.

Growth is there...

I started working for SA Taxi as a temp and a year later when a permanent post was advertised I applied for it. I got the job and I have been working there for 2years. We have different IT team eg, helpdesk, applications and tecomms, it is great working together with my fellow collegues and working for the company. I have been there for 2 years and because i am driven by growth my effort has lead me to be part of the IT applications team as secondment within the same company and same department just with a different team. I believe I have acquired the skill and have grasped what was set for me to achieve, I am very much greatful that this opportunity was given to me and I have proven myself worthy. There has been challenges along the way but working as a team with a team and also being a team player offloads you as an individual, we started documenting solutions to help each other and that also shares knowledge.

Well its a great company which u can grow in, my colleagues are very kind and loving because when im at work I feel like I am at home. The management is also great because they always reward us for hard work

Excellent learning experience

Good organization that provides a great opportunity for one to grow within it. But it's up to an individual to decide whether to make something out of those opportunities given or not. People are friendly all the time Meet with different types of customers every day from different ethnic backgrounds and that's an experience that you cannot find anywhere "it's priceless"

Driven to learn and archive the goals set and self motivated to grow

Working with clients & different people on a daily basis has played an important role in my life.
