I gained a lot of experience in at SA NETLINK.

I gained so much experience there. To have a opportunity like that given to me, I did not take it lightly because I knew that could've been my only opportunity. Now I'm looking for a company where I can share the experience with.

Excellent learning curve

I learnt a lot from them, now I can handle my objections. It's nice yes but salary is too low and they don't grow us in other departments. Yes there's no pressure, time keeping is a must and that's all companies like. Absentism is not my style only if there's something agent like if my kids are suffering of something. They teach us a lot and that make you just want to be under that environment so that you will learn from others. Only challenging thing is when I have bad leads yes I handle objections as they taught me how to and attitude is all, as it's determine everything

Learning curve

S A Netlink was a call centre with over 100 employees and i was doing all related admin work including customer services receiving and making outgoing calls to the customers while supervising the data capturing department. I gained a lot of experience of multi tasking due to the fact that i had more than one duty and i learnt alot about working with different characters of people at the work place and through the phone. I enjoyed working at SA netlink as it was a big company and i got to grasp alot from the variety of chatacters.

Pros: No growth
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent in learning new things

Long hours plus salary is too small, 8 to 5 working for 3500 like really but we need money and we can do whatever it's takes to get it. I have 2 kids to feed and my dad to support that's why I put my all in everything I do.
