Am a good learner i have

5 years experience in IT and am still working in IT but also in technical side assisting to fix any machines and victor readers player, I have the ability to work hard, under pressure and am very good in working with people, am dedicated, honest and my time is flexible i can work over time just to get then job done.

Pros: No chances of getting promoted because of budget
Cons: long hours

Excellent turn around on company finances

Current company was not doing that well as it is only in existance for 3 years when I started saw their pricing for their product manufacturing was incorrect and no proper financial controls or independent checks company was suffering major losses as their were no proper budgeting and financial control. Currently company is in better position financially as I have implemented written policies and standard operating procedures and company is turning around to being profitable.

Pros: Great working environment and training of subordinate staff
Cons: Sometimes directors do not see advantages of proper controls and budgets to monitor spending

Daily job tasks and employee envirnment

Typical day is to manage all accounting function Supervise subordinate staff Provide training and guidance where staff encounter difficulties in their daily tasks Have excellent relationship with co-workers as I believe in mutual respect and dignity towards othesr but still firm when it comes to work environment I enjoy working with people as the different personalities one witness is exciting I also like working with numbers as I am very analytical out of box type thinker.

Pros: Love the morale of company staff
Cons: No employee benefits for salaried staff

Steel Industury was exciting opportunity

I have a good working relationship with all employees Work well on my own as well as in a team I am leading a team of 5 individual in the Finance team I draw up the management accounts Authorise all supplier payments Prepare budgets Authorise and check payroll, salaries and casual wages. Attend management meetings. Train staff in different aspects of the job Attend to auditors and answer audit queries
