Customer complaints handling, Address customers complaints both verbally and in writing, provide feedback to General Manager in terms of issues that relate to handling invoices for supplier , operations costs and internal processes etc. Handle and solve customer complaints related to finance . I have learnt how to process invoices ,preparing payment and I enjoy working in computer and working as a team. Most challenging it's when suppliers making follow up and there is no enough fund to pay supplier. Giving me this opportunity it will increase my work experience. Excellent working curve

My days at work are never the same. I am faced with new challenges every day which keeps me on my toes. My experience at SA Express has taught me to work well under pressure and be able to juggle two positions at the same time. I was initially employed as an administrator but a month into the position I was tasked with a buyers function. Thank you to the great team I never felt overwhelmed with the work I was given. I immediately realised what I wanted to do and was inspired to become one of the best buyers at SA Express. The most challenging part of our job is that our department has only two people who are tasked with the buying function and we service nine stations. I have also learnt a lot with the process of issuing RFP's. Our department head has always encouraged us to learn more than issuing RFQ's by involving us in every step of the RFP process.

Cons: There are currently no opportunities for growth in terms of career advancement as the company is currently down scaling

Expanding my career

I am flexible young man who can adapt to any environment, am good working in a group and as an individual. I am a very punctual person and a good communicator. Opportunity for new career path

Asking for an opportunity, you will find that I'm in the aviation but giving me an opportunity, I might surprise you. There is no difference in the two sectors except for the size of the equipment we use. You will also find I have more than enough experience in managing a workshop.

I have extensive experience in recruitment, and 2 years as a HR generalist. I work with Unions, have been involved in salary negotiations, change in company policies etc.
