Good learning curve

My days at work are normally very busy. We make it through the day by working as a team. What I learnt is that dealing with people you have to love what you do, be patient and have passion. I learnt. An excellent challenge

A typical day in my department is filled with stress, satisfaction and no day is the same. Very presurised but satisfying when you achieve targets and/or deadlines. I have a team of 9 which work together as a well oiled machine. We respect each other and role we play within the business. I believe I have an excellent working relationship with my fellow colleagues. I had no experience within the IT environment except as a typical user. I was afforded the opportunity to run this department and grow it from strength to strength – this I have achieved.

Good industry

Good company, excellent industry. A person can grow if give a chance. It give more experience. Salary is not competitive with same position from different airlines.

Good learning curve for my career

Always standby must work even at home and not be paid for.I have learned to be more independent working alone and grow mentally and take challenges as they come find solutions if possible,learned how animals treated before they take a flight trip.Teamplayer and work well with teammates.

Learning opportunity

Highly exhausting space, oppressive management. Ground staff hardly get paid enough, management threatens staff with any issues. Unhappy culture and highly pretensious environment.

Excellent learning opportunity

A good space to learn about compliance and regulations. Open communication and great company. Friendly staff, each person pulls their weight as a team. You learn decision making importance and what to consider before making decisions. The challenges for me personally are the schedules and shift work. I'd like a more stable/fixed routine plus salary. I enjoy the flying to places,working with colleagues is also a great pleasure.
