Goa learning curve

The working environment is very good and I also love working there with my core workers and I found it a bit challenging at first to speak to client but now with the support from my team I am very good at it

Pros: I have seen great opportunities to get a Higher position
Cons: The hours are just fine it's normal working hlurs

Challenging environment but great learning opportunity

SA Accounting Academy is a young, small, fast moving organisation. There is no typical work day as there are always a number of projects on the go with the potential for more to be added at any point. I have a good team who are hard working and loyal but staff recruitment has proved to be extremely difficult. I have gained very valuable experience of working in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoy the freedom and flexibility that this entails. However, I find the unpredictability of the directors very challenging and frustrating to deal with sometimes.

Pros: Good learning experience
Cons: Very little structure and forward planning
