Learning curve of how a logistics company operate

We work with a variety of clients who each have their own deadlines. We need to ensure that we courier the invoices to reach these clients in time in order to get payment. It gets very busy round about the 15th of the month as it is our cut off and all those invoices needs to be checked to see if we have any deadlines. Employees have a good understanding of who is in charge of which task which makes communication easier within the working environment, knowing who to go to. We have work activities and socials for us to bond as a group. I enjoy the workload and the most challenging part of the job is getting everything invoiced on the 15th and being able to courier those invoices on the same day in order to meet a deadline.
