Capturing credit agreements for customers daily, making sure customers understands what they signing for like insurances,than scanning deals to head office, follow up their deals so they can be authorised.Answering telephones and transferring them to right extensions .Filing invoices and other files and kept them in a safe places,for future purposes,Assisting customers with payments by cashiering...receipting their monies,also assisting with the claims for customers,by filing claim forms and scanning them to head office.I had a good relationship with co_workers always listening and treating them with respect,I have learnt the new system which is SAP CRM and SAP SRS which is new to me, also enjoys the experience ,It is very challenging to work with the superiors who are always there to assist whenever you need them as they were always assisting and training me with this new system ,and I gained experience.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things and gain experience at work.
Cons: Working after hours and not get paid

I AM A HARD WORKER

I'm a hard worker, always on time and meet deadlines, I like team work. I like working with people with great knowledge and experience with whom I can learn. I'm willing to bring great ideas to a company which will always get us to the top.

Excellent

I was work during this hours 7am to 16:30 pm ,and we have agood time with my mananger ,ileant to be patience because sometimes customers are rude ,sometimes the got a lot of customers other came and complain if the is something that is not right
