REVIEW OF P. R. WEBSTER I have been doing structural fitting for 5 years now My actual qualification is mechanical, electricsl, pneumatics and hydraulic fitting with 7 years supervisory experience. I feel under-utilized and underpaid for a section 13 artisan.

Pros: New department for company. Contributing to building reputation of said company.
Cons: Underpaid.

Growth in Health and Safety

Rushtail is a growing company with a potential. I have a good working relationship especially with the Management. Good communication amongst ourselves as employees and the Senior management. The CEO is welcoming and always open to employees. Policies and procedures are implemented and enforced to all employees. Transparency is the major thing in the company.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Normal working hours
