Data capturing (records),bulk accounts assistance. Assist technicians on site to reset communication and recons issues.compile monthly reports. Calls centre. Answering calls from clients and log their issues on the net desk. Assign it to technicians so that they can assist the client in time.

Call centre,accounts assistance and data capturing (records).an swearing calls from clients, capturing clients query and assign it to the relevant technicians to attend it.follow up on outstanding issues Inovices and queries. Checking remote meters data ,recons,communication and attend billing issuesystem. Deliver quality and eaned more rewardso.

Pros: Being a fast learner it gave me great opportunity to be promoted to next level

Data capturing, call centre, accounts assistance .take calls from clients. Communications, spikes, recons, missing data and accuracy .log all communication issues on net desk. Report all the outstanding invoices and communication issues before billing.

Pros: Being a fast learner it gave me great opportunity to be promoted to next level

Fast learner

I worked at the company for a full 12 years ago. Working under a good suprevision and good management. I have learned a lot of different awards. I deliver quality .client always comes first. I am also patiant as I trained some of our stuff and that is knowledge sharing.

Pros: I worked hard and enjoy it

I worked for Rural for 12 years. Company that believe in quality,less management involvement, responsibilities,weekly/monthly report and successful training.
