Good learning curve

I interact with the clients mostly and they liked me a lot as I was friendly towards them. We had a good relationship with my co-workers, we became a family, even if we encounter some problems, we were able to solve them. I have learnt that to keep the business going, you have to put your differences aside, be able to work and have a good relationship with your colleagues, ask when you need help, have a friendly smile towards the clients. The most thing I enjoyed was seeing our clients leaving with a smile because they were happy with our service, knowing that they will recommend our business to others. The most challenging aspects was to have a client who wants everything to go on his or her way, even if it was impossible.

Good in working with people

I was the face of the company so clients meet me for any queries and to pay for the services. We get along very well with my colleagues and whenever we had problems, we were able to solve them. I have learnt to take any job serious nd professional, no matter how small the business is, to appreciate any income and be thankful that I am working. Understand the people I work with so that we will get along. I enjoyed helping our clients with any information they needed. The most challenging aspect was to see a client not being satisfied.
