Growth is limited as the clinic caters for limited clientele. Searching for better opportunities and experience. Being in an environment which is sector specific for long is a challenge and need to branch out to other fields.

The experience is worth it and feel I learned a lot about management and public relations. The company is small and feel I need growth in this sector or any other. The challenges in this company have set me up for growth and knowledge of running such a small business

Pros: interacting with media and senior management from different companies.
Cons: limited room for promotion because the company is small
