It was a great experience working for the company as big as this., Bj It I somewhat think that now I am stagnant and not growing in any way. I believe that I have quite a lot to offer than to be waisted on doing the very same thing for the past two maybe three years. I wish to growth and succeed in this industry and with a company like yours it is almost sudden that growth is the key.

Pros: I foresee this as an opportunity that will enhance my knowledge and skills in the industry.
Cons: Working long hours on daily basis.

Working for my future and the future of my family i am dedicated and hard working i want to achieve in life and build a great future for myself and my family i enjoy working and in the logistics sector i have 4 years experience that was the best 4 years thus far i want to learn and adapt all logistics experience i can get , i keep my ears on the ground and learn everyday i have a small daughter and beautiful fiance i want to make happy and give them the life they deserve and the only way for me to do that is to look for better opportunity outside RTT where they see my potential and pay for the work i am doing not over paid just for the experience and work i put in

No learning curve

RTT style Is a very big campany that is categories by two race, black and white. Where by there no opportunities for black people, no permanent, if you are black you don't have a say, you are always told what to do, zero rights. Nothing is enjoyable. The relationship goes by race black to black good relationship.

Am good Working person a fast learn with main years experience and a problem solver , self motivate person who like to achieve goals, who always come early at work I love my work to much because u learning everyday.
