Good
I am a very hardworking individual who’s very dedicated to whatever I am assigned to do. Experiences have allowed me to constantly interact with different kinds of people and I quite My past enjoy being with people. I have been interacting with clients telephonically as well as in person thereby enhancing my communications skills into the greatest level. Having to interact with diverse clients has equipped me with the skills to be ethical and diplomatic. My experience and patience has ensured me that I handle difficult queries with ease and the required patience. I have learned to be effective, efficient and very resourceful and those are skills which are very important when pursuing respect amongst your peers as well as your employers. I am very professional and can prove to be an asset rather than a liability.

Into was good learning curve because I was given the opportunity to grow as a person and as a worker
I very appreciate what the company had done to me by giving me all the support which I think I needed most .sending me for training @ leaning exchange for the freight handling course I show how much they do care about their employees. I had good relations with my colleague, my superior I don't regret to be there for all those years (11).

I have learned a lot since it was my first company to work and never worked anywhere else
It was my first company,I worked very nice with everyone with up and downs of everyday.What I enjoyed the most is to have my own space I was Woking alone most of the times that gave me a chance to make mistakes and rectifier them without any supervision.The most challenging was Woking with different people with different character and I have to be in everyone's situation.A typical work day is Woking with people who undermine your or doesnt take your work serious.Those managers who wants things to be done their way and doesnt give you chance to explain.All in all it was a great learning journey.

Excellent learning curve
I am a detail orientated, analytical, pro-active, resourceful, friendly and approachable person, I love working towards a goal whether it be in a group or alone. I work well under pressure and I love to communicate to a vast array of people. I am willing to lend a hand in any aspect of the business to help others with what is needed to get the job done. I am fully bilingual. I am a very goal orientated person and once I set my mind to something I will achieve it. Currently I am a National Manager, with 26 years of work experience, comprising of: Administration, debtors, creditors, company revenue protection, managing staff, all aspects of transport and logistics, communication with clients and sales reps, meeting target and reaching deadlines, I have management experience of 10 years and counting.

Quick tinking strong communication skills
From experience and education, I have acquired skills to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner. My leadership skills are developed and have allowed me to spontaneously interact with ethnic diverse populations and all age groups. Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know is necessary to get the job done correctly, and I am eager to learn new skills. I am a fast and accurate learner, with a keen eye for detail and should be very grateful for the opportunity to progress in the above position. I have not only the ability to take on the responsibility of the position immediately, but also the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I’ll make a success of it.

Worked my way up in the company from assistant to Branch manager.
I am a self motivated individual that are target driven and can work well under pressure and without Supervision. I have over 21 years of experience in the road and airfreight industry on management level, I started with my previous company as a van assistant, and managed to work my way up to Branch Manager level in the airfreight department, through knowledge gained over the years since I started with the Company.
Pros: Good benefits with the company.
Cons: 15 hour shifts including weekends with no overtime paid.

Excellent learning curve
I have been working at RTT for 4 years end of January. A typical day at the office - i would normally start at 6am, run report for the 8am and 10am deliveries due for the day. Ensure those go out. We would need to get the verbals from the drivers for the 8/10am deliveries from the drivers. I started at the company as the receptionist, was promoted to customer service after less than a year, moved to airfreight operations and recently will be moved to the imaging department where we are responsible for the scanning of PODs into the system. I have a good relationship with most of my co-workers as i can and do get along with everyone. I have learnt alot as i have as i have had the opportunity to work in the different departments and thats what i find the most challenging is that i have the opportunity to learn new things on a daily basis, deal with dont different people.

Cons: No real opportunity for growth...only move from department to department but never up
