A difficult environment where there's a lot to be done

I've worked on many software applications that have gone live. You get t work on various software development methodologies. However requirements prioritisation does not exist as projects often arise from nowhere so it can be a bit chaotic in that regard. Employees are generally constantly under pressure as requirements do not cease to flow in.

Pros: Great for learning and exposure to various systems
Cons: Terrible corporate culture

Striving For quality N it quantity making sure that I reach my target

Was working with target, quality job ,working as a team , I have learned to work underpressure to go to work early if I did not reach my target I work extra time to make sure I reach my target or I don't take my break times to make sure the job is well done.

Pros: Grown the company .

Good

My daily work is to provide system solution, from the requirement to technical specification that descrip what does the system do, Do the daily stand up calm agile, delivering the task that are assign on the previous stand up What i enjoy most about my job is to bring the solution to a client from there request There will be quality assurance of my work, sometime it become hard as the solution it can come differ and that cause clash among my co-wokers after the QA as we do it professional all things went well thats a challenge about my job

I joined RTMC in 2014, firmly believing in and actively supporting the role we play in the country and I proudly live the values of the organisation. In my time at RTMC i have covered all aspects of the IT Field from Business Analysis to System Development. I find myself in a position now where I seek more challenges and opportunities.
