Got knowledge about reinforcement

Every day i look forward to giving the customers great service. Seeing new clients daily and getting new jobs to quote on and supply. We work well together with my co-workers,as a team. We are like a family. We celebrate our birthdays together, it is wonderful working with them. What i enjoy mostly is when we get the job i quoted on, especially if its big tonnage. That means more money for the company. Dealing with difficult customers is most challenging. Because at the end of the day i must keep my customers happy, so that they can come back.

I learned a lot at that workplace especially how to work hard.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody I know to work there It’s not a good place for young individuals They don’t treat employees with respect You don’t get paid enough for the hard work

Pros: They only think for the company not for the employees
Cons: Working hours are measured by how much the work is for the day which affects employees most of the time.

It keeps you going for long time

They pay you less no benefit and you get paid on the 1st not so shabby but the management is very good towards their employees.but sometimes depending on a client. What it want so they say! If you work long hours there is no overtime you work for free unless it has authorised

Excellent company

Great people, working as if part of a family, great scope for young people to learn from the best in Retail warehousing and distribution. You always have the assistance from Top management to assist with difficult circumstances when needed.
