Manage the Food Safety System in company.

Fresh produce running through our company channels for retail supply. Dealing direct with the grower where the transactions are kept see through. Company values follow a farmer first philosophy.

Overview of a current work day

I work in a fast moving environment, ensure diverse customers and consumers are happy with the end product. My day start at 3.30 in the morning by checking the available stock and the prices vs the customer orders. I manage the customer requirements and the consumer requirements on a hourly basis whilst managing inventory and cash sales.

Pros: Meeting the demands of my customers and consumer on a daily basis while solving problems.
Cons: No benefits and no opportunities for promotion
