Royal Park Gaming Reviews

Thrown into the deep end, learn quickly.

A typical day at the office would be answering the telephone, capturing information. Solving problems/queries from other staff or customers. I love working with others. Even though we have our differences, we manage to work our way through it. I learnt that not every day will be the same. Everyday comes with a new challenge which makes it interesting. I enjoy a challenge because it motivates me to do better and learn new things. Demanding coworkers, time-sensitive requests, frequent interruptions, unrealistic expectations from managers, and large workloads. I have to take some of my time catering to other workers needs, it can sometimes feel like i don’t have much recourse to advocate for my own work. I always manage to work around it and complete my tasks.

Pros: Learning new things, working hours are good.
Cons: No growth and not being paid well

Hell on earth

No ethics, hr doesn't know her job, if you don't have a family member who works there, then you will suffer. Growth opportunities not available, they promote according to who u are in the company. It's cultureless, juniors treat seniors according to skin colour

Pros: No room for growth
Cons: Long hours
