Great experience

My day mainly consisted of auto vechile repairs and assisting the shop manager with mechanical work when required. I had a great team surrounding me and we had worked extremely well together. Being a qualified panel beater dealing and learning everything mechanical was extremely tough but was appreciated to see the different aspect of the workshop. The company has provided me with excellent opportunities to extend my extensive knowledge in panel beating and in mechanical work. I am sad in parting with the company but am grateful for the opportunity provided

Great exposure to the Motor Industry but no toom for growth

I assist the Director of the Company. I run his day to day errands such as book meetings, travel arrangements etc. I Liaise with the Banks and make payments to Suppliers. We are a family here at Royal Panelbeaters and work well as a team. I have learnt so much in this industry and meet so many different clients. I enjoy seeing my Director happy with his employees and getting the work done. The most challenging and stressful part of my job is when my Director only relies on my advice and input.

Cons: No benefits and overtime
