Broadern my skills and knowledge, adapt to new environment

On a typical day come in check emails they give me directive on priority issues of the day, reply to them and do tasks as planed previous day. I have great relationship with every one including management because I get my work done in time I don't wait until I am under pressure to complete tasks that way it give me a chance to amendments if necessary while they still time, I get on very well with site staff as well as the clients. I have every respect for every one. I am not shy to express my self be it dissatisfaction or pleasing treatment. I have improve on my Presentation, communication Skills, Patience, understanding and excepting we are all different there for do not treat all the same , reading characters, I enjoy working

Pros: Self management, good relationship with everybody
Cons: Dealing with difficult clients, who delibaratly ignor you and expect you to hurry up and proccess or help them when it suits them.

No satisfaction at all

Frustrating work day Negative work environment I can strive above any negativity because of my optimistic character I enjoy lunch time No challenges professionally except senior managers who are impossible

Working in an engineering consulting company

Working in an engineering can be quite challenging as you work with different levels of people in the company that is from senior engineers, project managers, financial managers etc. You need to be the oil that gels everything together. As most engineers are not concerned with financial matters you need to engage them so that they are aware of the financial status of their projects at all times

Pros: Working with different people of all levels in the company
Cons: Most engineers do not like looking at finances thus making it difficult to engage with them

I m a hard worker with great relevent experience.

I am currently working as a Regional HR Officer. My current duties include the overall HR function which includes Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Induction, Reporting, etc.

Pros: Looking for opportunities around Irene
Cons: Working on Weekends (but comfortable with working at home on weekends)

I am an assertive person, with a positive mental attitude

working on a project such as Medupi Power Station is great achievement where you get to learn about lots of things interacting with various ethnic groups...everything is a challange

Great learning curve.

Royal Haskoning is an Overall good company to work for. Not much room for empowerment and career growth. This is different per business sector/ unit, depending on the manager.

Public Participation and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

I work as a stakeholder Engagement Specilaist and work in projects . I have an excellent relationship with my collegues I learn something new in every project I work with as I work with various team members and clients I enjoy working with communities, sharing knowledge and also learning something from them Too much travelling, working with difficult stakeholders, engaging with angry violent communities.
