Learning Curve, Individual growth, individual professional skills acquired

Flex hours of hours , very close relationship with my co workers. I learnt to be self punctual, manage my time very well, professionalism is very important for me and I managed to maintain that myself. I enjoyed building relationships with my co workers I enjoyed being in a around the sporting environment , working with the kids and helping them achieve their goals and dreams , I managed to do so while I was still in school with the help of teachers and coaches and I am proud to say I played my part and helping a child improve their talents . Was the teachers , service providers, some of the management team, problematic kids who don't want to either listen or do the activities at all..

Pros: Growth, Punctuality, competency
Cons: Very long Hours, low pay
