Attention to detail

A typical day at work is calls from the time you walk in the door customer walk ins handling issues problems. The day progresses with people in and out very busy environment. Quotations and emails have to be seen to immediately, checking any mistakes regarding the release of clients cars excess payments picking up insurance faults making sure the the vehicle is correctly prepped for handing over to the client must be done as quickly as possible with minor to no faults attention to every detail must be maintained. We all as colleagues work together as a team in order to function well. I've gained experience in different areas of this business from Admin to reception to working with clients and the workshop staff and helping to train artisans. I mostly enjoyed meeting new people a happy client is also very rewarding as it makes you feel you've done a good job. The most challenging aspect is a difficult client and the problems and issues that come with.

Pros: You get to experience a wide variety of job descriptions
Cons: No room for promotion and no increase

Wide knowledge of the automotive sector

You attitude is your choice (it can make or break the dat) Co workers do not hesitate to ask for assistance if a problem comes up to be sorted as soon as possible. We, as co workers, get along very well as we are at the same building for 9 hours. As admin manager it learned me to stand still and not go on a run because you might run over the solution and not find the answer. To end a day with success. Not knowing what tomorrow may bring.

Pros: Experience/knowledge that cant be takenaway.
Cons: No promotion avaliable
