I receive issue parts from warehouse,i GRN,SCT,stock count,i update shortage of stock to the system

my daily work is Despatch clerk and receiving clerk at ones, issues different items to different branches and to different warehouse , i received item onto the system making them available for production line or other branches , i am good listener and fast learner with a very good sense of problem solving, i enjoy working with other warehouse staff members , to make sure that gods are correctly stored at the right time and with the right quantity.

Pros: i can work long hours and under pressure , i meet company deadline, i can dwell company culture very fast, i hance sense of business ,i know the benefit of working towards the goal, i am discipline on my work, i do every thing according to managers instructions , i can work with or without supervision, i can work on fast pace environment, i am time management and computer literate , i want to have a future with the company , and i see my self on the position that align with my studies and experience, i want to give it all in order to reach company objectives and goals, i pay attention to details policy and ethics of the company, i will work with prite to deliver according to my contractual employment.
Cons: i can work long hours depending on the particular task given to complete.it is not necessary to go extra mile while you don't have serious work to do, you rather finish your task on time.

Toxic Atmosphere

The people are really negative and not willing to help or take responsibility. Every body wants something to be done, buy no one is willing to help achieve it.

Steeping stone, Excellent learning curve

very good for learning. does not have much work except when i am out of town to audit which is about 2-3 weeks a month. i have good relationship with co-workers but the problem it is an Afrikaans environment and i am not good with it. i enjoy travelling in mi job. The challenging part is working long hours sometimes during on weekends

Hard worker

Am a very easy person someone whose able to worker with my co-worker. I love my job I always give hundred percent every time at work. Am a self motivated person Reliable person Hope will be given a chance to prove my character . My job was simple load a trailer with merchandise given on a loading list.

Pros: i started working as a picker and a packer for almost a year. than i had to do checking and part time forklift than i ended up as a permanent forklift driver
Cons: we did work long hours at our company not always but, if necessary

Great experience obtained

Good people but great shortfall in Company structures. It is a big company which offers various fields of interest to anyone seeking new opportunities. It is a hard environment to work in but the people in the workplace makes working here easy. Most of the executives are pleasant people but on the other hand, some are in considered and a self gaining attitude is prevailed. The salary is below market related for most employees and this causes for a big turn over in staff. But to start a career i would recommend it as it teaches great all round skills.

Great environment to learn and grow in many various disciplines

Working for my current company gave me the opportunity to grow experience in all areas of an industry leading business. I am in the close company of national experts and industry changing decision makers often leading the charge. I am a general manger for the group's import company with a turnover of just under R1billion a year and also the groups tech manager and expert on air brakes and control equipment I work in an environment where discussions are required to be made quickly and therefor only the hands on energetic succeed. I have grown in experience and stature quickly and became very multi talented from sourcing to operations to sales and management.

Cons: Large company that's run like a small business can become unstructured
