Made me feel special

Getting to work early and be available for employees that needed my help, swas a daily routine. Being trusted with keys to offices and factory was a blessing. I loved the trust from managers as well as the normal worker on the floor. Management from different department always gave me something new to add to my " suitcase of learning." It was eye opening to see how everyone thought and resolved issues. I was the " mother" of all alike, not because of my age, but because of the respect I gave to all. Understanding culture is important and also valuawble. I loved working with daily information which showed me where we were at in reaching our target.

My main learning curve is that I can apply my skill in any industry providing I know how to manage people and processes. Result Driven leader inspired by solutions.
