Good moderate learning curve

Working for RothCo was quite good working with cnc machines it's very good because those machines are intelligent so they provide good experience on hydraulics, PLCs , pneumatics, gear drives, geometry and electronics . The company could not get sufficient clients so work was very slow . Which means poor benefits to employees so we probably worked 20 hours a week. So it was bad

Good

On a daily basis I encountered new challenges which contributed a lot on my experience. I am now strongly capable of solving mechanical and electrical problems. I have good trouble shooting skills and fault finding skills . Good communication skills because we work with vast customers with various attitude. Overall rating the experience I gained it's quite good.

Good

Good

Working at my company is so good due to work availability work Is rare making development to employees poor .whenever they was work I would do everything possible to ace all my challenges in order to enhance my knowledge and experience as a millwright
