13 call center agents with no stress of learning too may different characters, i have leant how to deal with different races i enjoy mostly target competion, challeges are based on target by knowing how easy it can be to influence one to pay debts telephonically.

Learn and Gain as much

Working at Rossouws is very nice I do enjoy it but they don't provide benefits growth opportunities within a Department, no study opportunities, I am currently just gaining experience. i do have a good working relationship with my colleagues not so much with the Directors. i have Learned a lot in Rossouws, i don't enjoy anything because my main function is to learn as much as possible.

Pros: no growth
Cons: i work from 6:30am to 16:30 deprending on traffic

Rossouws Experience

Rossouws is a good environment to train excellent self starters in the industry. The working environment is relaxing and unsupervised, however, teaches responsibility to meet deadlines and work efficiently with minimum supervision. The Rossouws team creates a want to come back environment on the next day. What I enjoy most is that the environment challenges my mental capacity.

Pros: Excellent learning curve
Cons: Long working hours
