Review summary

Dedicated, committed and experienced IT Lecturer, working with both students and the academic team. Always determined to learn from others and the rest of the team applying knowledge skills and experience to transfer / develop skills that students acquire during the course of their study through facilitation, mentoring, lecturing, guiding students using different methodologies, information technology, projectors, group work, discussions, presentations, role plays. Challenging aspects about the job is attendance and not gettting responses from students despite communicating with them via all form of communication medium that we use eg student portal, sending announcements, sending emails, and even phoning them in some cases.

Cons: working until late sometimes

It's a good environment

The company is an academic institutions apart of the iie . We offer a range of programmes. Full time and part time courses Aswel as long distance . U enjoy working with the student and lecturers but i am not happy with the salary and i am looking for something to progress me in life.

Pros: Good people
Cons: Salary too low
