I was a good worker ,and I was working under pressure without no doubts.
I'm a hard vibrant young girl,i can work under pressure and also long hours.Im kind and loyal.im always presentable.i love working with people because I know that for the job to succeed we need to be together and stand firm so that we can fight every obstacle that can make our job not to improve.
Pros: I was working hard in order for the customers to be satisfied.
Cons: I was trying by all means to work long hours and under Pressure in order to improve our butchery,so that customers can be satisfied,in order for them not to stand long hours.

Focus on my work
Working in this company was a great thing for me and the people I was working with where good even my managers and supervisor even the shop boss,I've learnt alot on managing a business and the how to behave with customers around you and what I enjoy for working there was the people I work with and customers but the challenging things was looking maybe from 6am till 8pm but I would take that challenge it was great working at roots Buthery company

Strong;Ethical,driven and passionate
Kagiso is a man and a father to a boy and twin girls and I'm very proud.My career in this exciting field began when I joined a Sales and Merchandising company called Libra productions.Where I was appointed as a rep to service,support,develop,grow,promote and sell liquor products for the company operating around Rustenburg,Swartreggens,Koster and Madikwe areas respectively.The job and task that i enjoyed and out performed my entire team and came as number 3 nationally in doing;I am a very passionate,dependable,driven,dedicated person and give it my all when tasked and challenged.I currently work on contract for another sales and merchandising company called Roots and I am at the top of my game thanks.

Good relation with management
I have learning working with cash,give good customer services and working as a team.employers had to work hard as it was a very besy store especially on month end and we always do over time.we worked very well with the management and they what is the need of customers.

It was a great opportunity to work for them I have learned a lot.
It was a 10:00 to 17:00 hr job. I really enjoy it, wake up got to the field with the rep assist him or her on how to make sales, and up sell our product, customers relationship. And always have a smile on the face. What I have learn was to deal with hard headed customers. What I enjoy was to bring light to their faces. Challenges was that our company never capt their promises. So now we had to lie to protect the company that never protected us. And destroyed my passion for thee company.

I have over 10 years work experience which includes Team assistant, Personal Assistant, Office administrator, Sales Administrator, Marketing/Advertising Assistant & Receptionist positions which gave me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people in different company departments. Pros: My current employer provided me with a company car, I also act as a Marketing Manager
Cons: Long distance travel to & from work due to heavy traffic.

I have learned interacting with people learned a lot about merchandise how to storck take,
The comp3 i was exposed to many religions nd different tribes i even learn new language and more importantly i even learned how to deal with peoplewas very good

Excellent environment to learn retail.
Roots is a fast growing and learning environment, where one learns how to work with all types of customer challenges.All my stores I had all over the country always got rewarded with rewards for best Hygiene,best suppliers paid,best turnovers etc. I got a long with all owners and staff. What I enjoy the most was seeing all my hard work that I put in with opening a new store paying of and the stores being a great success. I take a lot of pride on what I do and always treat a business as my own.
Pros: Learning about new retail advantages
Cons: Staying away from home for a month.

I m hard working person fast learn customer care self converted .I know how to still with unhappy customers putting a smile to my customers,ability to comprehended and take instruction good communication skills
