Excellent communication curve

Working at Roots , especially being a cashier is like working in a company that consists of 51 employees to 200. You get to meet up with 20 times different people, personalities and race in a day. But because I absolutely enjoy meeting up with people, being at Roots as their cashier brings a smile to my face on a daily basis, as that goes to show how customers are happy with the service I provide to them. I have a diploma in Human Resources Management. I can't lie I'm happy to be at roots, but then again I still seek my career field kind of job. I just believe I still have a long way to go, I have a lot ahead of me. I know I am a hard worker, very patient, flexible , just as being able to work under pressure at the end if the day my I bring good results to the table, I like learning new things everyday and I can assure you I adapt easily to changes.

Good learning curve

Learning different department every time.Know how to solve issue mostly. Not afraid to face new challenge always. Making friend with different characters and know their weak points and learn from old staff.working as team work no challenging at all.

Retail at Roots attention to detail

Roots is challenging each day with great huge army of staff. Who if all don't march to same beat of drum is only a chain strong as its weakest link. From recieving, freezers, cold rooms, To excellent customer deli service and cashiers supervisor and rest of front staff giving best ultimate service to customers. From shop open right up to pic ups with fidelity and g4s and rest of company daily s.o.p.To be hard on standards but soft on our people leading, training them to be there personal best

Fast learner

Pros: I'm a hard worker. willing to learn more. where I'm from. I work long Ours standing. I'm capable of working also holidays. I'm a fast learner and aslo a team player. very ambitious and a go getter.i wanna see myself growing big in big companies. I'm very pationate person. I love working with people. I'm that person when see something that needs doing I don't wait for instructions from my boss,i do it. communication is my other friend.,i prefer communicating with my supervisor when I see that something is not going well. I'm very open person with a good personality. when comes to day to day work, I do my work perfect without my boss to come after me.I'm a good listener and a good attention payer to my work. growing is my other goalalso.

Good learning oppoturnity

i enjoy everyday challenges, communicating with customers.my biggest challenge at work was being on ice the whole day as i am in the refrigerator mostly.

Working in the company wasn't as bad as l thought, the workers and management wasn't bad.we where given extra hours to make money and wasn't bad at all.

Helping customers with Refunds, exchange and credits

I have the ability to work under pressure...and helping those customers with what they need and fullfill their.Telling them about the new products we have in store needs
