Amazing learning experience

Opening of facility Checking Irrigation, ensuring that fertigation goes according to monthly planning, ensuring that all staff gets set out to do their duties. Salaries and wages are delt with All files and folders are sorted for Global Gap and SIZA audits. All tax docs are sorted and sent to bookkeepers in excel format. Good working relationship with all workers. I enjoy working with staff the most as well as the audit procedures and Health and Safety. Most challenging would be the agricultural environent I am in.
