Excellent learning curve from boss

very small environment with only 3 people involved, we get along very well unless boss is frustrated. typical day at work would be sitting in front of the laptop all day long, lunch at anytime, smoke breaks anytime as long as they don't affect your work.

Pros: fun experience, very good learning curve as a graduate
Cons: long hours
