Ronnies Motors Reviews

Excellent learning structure

Very busy dealership with a variety of people to deal with. Communication can be an issue with a big dealership. Honesty as well an issue. Otherwise it is an awsome place to work.. no place to grow within the company though. Its like you stuck in quick sand. The more years you work the less the money becomes.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: No promotion opportunities

Good training given

Working with other workers like my Co workers. Some are easy going while others are not interested in helping. Management wasn't easy to work with cause they would be hard on you and not hear your side in some situations. Some days are really difficult, you would get big jobs and other days would be easy services. One day you work easy, other days you would work under pressure. I've learnt a lot, working on high tech vehicles and how they work and operate. I loved working on the cars and learning new technology.

Pros: Good training
Cons: Didn't get pod for your efforts

No place to inprove myself

Great company to work for but it time to improve my self and my career I have also learnt alot as a part sales executive. Work with all types of customers easy one and very difficult ones and working with big approved panels beating companies with where u have dead lines too meet for the insurance companies.

Pros: Great people
Cons: Some very rude customers
