Working at Rondo

The company, Rondo Industro Meadwowdale has been a great opportunity for me to grow my customer service and Interpersonal Skills. It has grown my expertise in different departments and roles. I have had the opportunity to prove myself and my abilities to take on multiple roles at once. Management is also very good and cares for its employees but Does not do much to show appreciation in terms of remuneration. Management is also not willing to take pointers on how to improve client experience or further employee job satisfaction and are loosing both valuable customers and employees alike. The job otherwise has taught me a lot about my abilities and my resilience. It has given me a tough skin and a steel back and will forever be thankful for the opportunity Rondo Industro gave me to prove my worth at the company. While challenging and ever changing, the opportunity at Rondo has been educational.

Good opportunity

My time at Rondo has been good learning and opportunities. I find it a bit difficult to work with the people. Collecting the overdue monies has proved most difficult.

Excellent learning experience

I have learned so much in managing different types of people and different departments, learned the all round running of a business and have grown so much as a person, I have gained so much experience in being able to do all types of jobs from reception to sales and capturing right through to warehouse duties (procurement, stock control, picking and dispatch of srock) It is an enjoyable work environment and team work is and support is a given, priceless experience,
