Dealing with claims,compilling all report for our department including graphs. we have a good relationship I learnt a lot communication, team work I enjoy when we do not get returns from our customer that shows a good work. challenge is more when we starting new design ( development)

Achieve National diploma in operations and quality management

My daily work typing, auditing work place,quality checks also handling customer complains. we have good relationship team work. I learnt to under each other including their culture we are all coming from nation. It is very important to respect other peoples culture. I enjoy when we produce good quality product achieve highest perfomance. challenging aspects development becouse that need time for planning.

Continuous improvement

I have good relationship with people the main point is to understand each other and work as a team.I learnt a lot from team work team is like a chain once one link breaks everything can fall and damage the whole organisation. Challenging job i take it as learning channel not matter how difficult it is there is good things also bad that is where you need to put more effort until problem solve. I like most to see company/organisation growing effectively with goog efficiency with good quality standard by meeting customers demand.
