Good opportunity for people who want to learn about bed linin

good work culture, actually bored because not used to my full potential, very bureaucratic, i feel i am loosing my knowledge, very little challenge, very repetitive work.

Excellent learning Curve

The day is always challenging with opportunities to look for improvements and new product developments. A very good team spirit, however with entrenched old cultures with good co-operation and positive attitudes.

Pros: Good Opportunity to learn and increase knowledge in this industry.
Cons: No opportunity to be promoted

Excellent industry to learn from

Great industry to learn from, however because I want to speacilize only in designing and drawings, there is no growth for me as such. Lack of an engineer at the company causes a lack of supervision and a lack of growth for a Junior engineer.

Cons: Long working hours

Various types of jobs and skills and systems are required to run the organisation/plant therefore making it an excellent learning environment. Room for employee development amd growth.
